It is the largest “green canyon” in the world due to its abundance of lush subtropical vegetation and outcroppings of red sandstone. The mountain peaks at Three Rondavels are shaped similarly to the classic beehive cottages seen throughout Africa. They provide a breathtaking vantage point over the Blyde River Canyon.
God’s Window
God’s Window is a well-known lookout spot that provides panoramic vistas of the surrounding area. You may be able to see as far as Mozambique and Kruger National Park on days when the weather is really clear.
The Pinnacle
This towering rock is another one of the region’s recognisable landmarks. It is a lone quartzite column that rises from the midst of dense indigenous forest.
Lunch in Graskop
