Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Sunset Drive
Catch the 07:00 shuttle from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and journey to your elegant accommodation at the Radisson in Hoedspruit. You’ll arrive in time for lunch around 12:30, followed by check-in at 14:00.
Your first adventure begins at 15:00 with a 3-hour sunset drive in the stunning Blue Canyon Reserve. Spanning 38,000 hectares of pristine African bushveld, Blue Canyon is a sanctuary for some of Africa’s rarest and most iconic wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
As the sun dips below the horizon, soak in the breathtaking views with sundowners and snacks provided, before returning to the hotel for a delicious dinner at 18:30.
Day 2: Full Day Kruger Safari
Depart early at around 05:00 for an unforgettable safari in the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Experience unparalleled sightings of the Big Five and a host of other incredible wildlife as you immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the African bush. After a day filled with adventure, return to your hotel to unwind and enjoy a hearty dinner. Bottled water will be provided throughout your Kruger safari for your comfort.
Day 3: Morning Drive and Departure
On your final morning, you can choose to relax at the hotel or join an optional 3-hour morning safari adventure for an additional R1,250. After breakfast, you will be transferred by shuttle back to OR Tambo International Airport for your onward journey.
