Itinerary
Day 1:
Begin your safari escape with a 07:00 shuttle departure from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, heading straight to your elegant retreat at the Radisson Safari Hotel in Hoedspruit. You’ll arrive just in time for a delicious lunch around 12:30, followed by check-in at 14:00.
Your first adventure begins at 15:00 with a three-hour sunset game drive in the breathtaking Blue Canyon Reserve. Spanning 38,000 hectares of untouched African bushveld, the reserve is home to some of Africa’s most iconic and endangered wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
As the sun dips below the horizon, enjoy sundowners and snacks in the wild before returning to the hotel for a well-deserved dinner at 18:30.
Day 2:
At around 05:00, you’ll depart for the iconic Kruger National Park for an unforgettable safari adventure. Keep your eyes peeled for the legendary Big 5 and a host of other remarkable wildlife as you journey through this vast and diverse landscape.
Take in the sights, sounds, and scents of the Kruger bush on this immersive experience, with bottled water provided for your comfort. After your thrilling day in the wild, return to the hotel for a relaxing evening and a delicious dinner.
Day 3:
Discover one of South Africa’s most breathtaking regions on a full-day tour of the Panorama Route in Mpumalanga. This scenic stretch along the Drakensberg escarpment marks the dramatic divide between the Highveld and Lowveld and is renowned for its majestic waterfalls, sweeping viewpoints, and remarkable natural wonders.
Highlights of the day include visits to the iconic Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and God’s Window. Along the way, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore charming local towns and take in panoramic views that will leave you in awe.

Day 4:
On your final morning, you can choose to relax at the hotel and soak in the tranquil surroundings, or join an optional 3-hour morning safari (additional R1250) for one last adventure in the bush. After breakfast, you’ll board the shuttle back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, bringing your unforgettable safari journey to a close.
